Insurance Information

In the State of Wisconsin, most individual and group health insurance plans provide for outpatient psychotherapy and drug and alcohol abuse treatment. The clinic is a provider for several HMO’s and PPO’s.

Our office manager will assist you in determining your insurance benefits and will file claims for covered services. Some clients prefer to pay for services out of pocket. Charge Card payments are also accepted to pay for services or for payment of co-payments and deductibles.
